Tours & Help

Guided walkthroughs that highlight the real screen, the per-page ? button, and how to replay a tour whenever you want.

The dashboard explains itself. On your first visit a short guided tour highlights the actual buttons you'll use — not a slideshow of screenshots — and every page keeps a ? button for when you come back later.

Your first visit

Two tours start on their own, and only once:

  • The dashboard tour runs the first time you land on the overview. It walks the real path work takes: your KPIs and hot leads first, then Inbox → Leads → Campaigns → Catalogue → Knowledge Base → AI Agent → Integrations.
  • The WhatsApp tour runs the first time you open the WhatsApp connection screen, because that is the step everything else depends on.

Both highlight the element they're describing and dim the rest, so you're looking at your own dashboard the whole time. Skip at any point — nothing is blocked behind them.

If you've already finished a tour, no tour will auto-start again. They stay available on demand.

The ? button

Every page has its own ? in the top right of the section it belongs to. It opens a short explanation of that screen and a link to start that page's tour.

Seven tours are available:

TourCovers
DashboardThe overall layout and where each part of the work lives
InboxConversations, channel filters, taking over from the AI
LeadsStatuses, classification, bulk actions, export
WhatsAppConnecting a number and what to do if it disconnects
Knowledge BaseUploading documents and how the agent uses them
AI AgentTemplates, your prompt, and the first-contact message
CatalogueProducts, prices, photos and CSV import

The ? in the very top bar is general help rather than a page tour.

Replaying a tour

Open the ? on the page you want and start it again. Your progress is saved to your account, not the browser — so a tour you finished on your laptop stays finished on your phone, and one you left halfway resumes where you stopped.

On a phone

Tours don't start on their own on mobile. A spotlight that has to chase a small screen is more distracting than helpful, so on a phone the ? button is the way in: tap it and the explanation opens as a sheet from the bottom. Tours you start manually still work, and steps that live behind the navigation drawer open it for you.

If a tour skips a step

Steps are tied to real elements on the page. If something isn't there — a feature your plan doesn't include, or a panel that only appears once you've connected a channel — that step is skipped rather than pointing at nothing. Connect the channel or upgrade, and the step appears next time.
