Getting Started

Create your account, connect a channel, and launch your first AI agent in under 5 minutes.

What is Waslo

Waslo is a multi-channel AI agent for customer conversations. One AI brain replies across every channel your customers actually use:

  • WhatsApp — QR code (free, a WhatsApp Web-style connection) or the official Meta Cloud API (paid credit unlock)
  • Telegram — Bot token
  • Instagram DM — Meta OAuth
  • Facebook Messenger — Meta OAuth
  • Outlook — Microsoft-verified (Gmail is not yet available to new customers — join the early-access list from the dashboard)

Same knowledge base, same calendar, same personality across all of them. No per-message fees.

Create Your Account

  1. Go to waslo.io/sign-up
  2. Enter your name, email, and a strong password (uppercase + lowercase + digit), or sign up with Google
  3. Verify your email — check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification link
  4. Sign in at waslo.io/sign-in

Complete Onboarding

After your first sign-in, a five-step wizard walks you through setup. You can skip any optional step and come back to it later — the dashboard tells you what is still missing.

  1. About you — your industry and what you want the agent to do first. Two taps; it picks your starting prompt from there.
  2. Connect a channel — WhatsApp by QR, Telegram by bot token, Instagram / Messenger / WhatsApp Cloud through Meta, Outlook Microsoft-verified.
  3. Set up your agent — your prompt, your knowledge base, your catalog, and a live sandbox beside them: talk to the agent and watch it answer with your own setup before a single customer does.
  4. Get alerted — where a hot lead or a handoff request should reach you.
  5. Ready — a summary of what is set up, and what still is not.

Pick a Plan

Two paths. Core features — custom classification labels, per-number/per-channel AI personality, CSV import/export — are available on both:

  • Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) — credits-based billing. 1 WhatsApp number free; up to 10 numbers, each extra one 1,500 cr once. Each additional channel unlocks once with credits (e.g. Telegram = 1,000 cr, Instagram = 2,000 cr, WhatsApp Cloud = 3,000 cr). No subscription. You start with 75 free credits at signup — no card needed. This is the "try before you commit" path.

  • Growth — $149/month flat ($119/mo annual). All channels and integrations included. 3 WhatsApp numbers included; up to 10, each extra one 1,500 credits once. Unlimited messages. Adds voice replies, the native product-catalog editor, Group Chat Mode, and Topics + Team Routing. No trial — designed for teams who've already validated Waslo on PAYG and want unlimited capacity.

Switch between them anytime from Settings → Billing & Plans.
