Getting Started
Create your account, verify your email, choose a plan, and start your free trial.
Create Your Account
- Go to waslo.io/sign-up
- Enter your name, email address, and a strong password (must include uppercase, lowercase, and a digit)
- You can also sign up with your Google account for instant access
Verify Your Email
After signing up with email and password, you'll receive a verification email. Click the verification link to activate your account. You must verify your email before signing in.
If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or click "Resend verification email" on the verification page.
Sign In
Once verified, sign in at waslo.io/sign-in using your email and password or Google account.
Complete Onboarding
After your first sign-in, you'll be guided through a 4-step onboarding wizard:
- Welcome — Overview of what Waslo does
- Connect WhatsApp — Scan a QR code to link your WhatsApp number
- Configure AI — Choose a template and customize your AI agent's behavior
- Done — You're ready to start receiving and managing leads
Your Free Trial
After completing onboarding, you'll choose a plan that fits your business. Every plan — Starter, Growth, and Agency — includes a 7-day free trial.
Here's how it works:
- Pick the plan you want
- Enter your payment details to start the trial
- You won't be charged until the 7-day trial ends
- Cancel anytime before the trial is up — no charge
A countdown timer in your dashboard shows how much trial time remains. Once the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically.
