Create your account, connect a channel, and launch your first AI agent in under 5 minutes.
What is Waslo
Waslo is a multi-channel AI agent for customer conversations. One AI brain replies across every channel your customers actually use:
- WhatsApp — QR code (free) or official Cloud API
- Telegram — Bot token
- Instagram DM — Meta OAuth
- Facebook Messenger — Meta OAuth
- Email — Gmail (OAuth) or Outlook (Microsoft Graph)
Same knowledge base, same calendar, same personality across all of them. No per-message fees.
Create Your Account
- Go to waslo.io/sign-up
- Enter your name, email, and a strong password (uppercase + lowercase + digit), or sign up with Google
- Verify your email — check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification link
- Sign in at waslo.io/sign-in
Complete Onboarding
After your first sign-in, you'll be walked through a 6-step wizard:
- Welcome — overview + your 75 free credits (no card needed)
- Pick a channel — WhatsApp / Telegram / Instagram / Messenger / Email
- Connect it — channel-specific flow (QR scan, OAuth, bot token, etc.)
- Configure your AI — pick a template (12 industry options) or write your own prompt
- Knowledge Base (optional) — upload PDFs, FAQs, product info the AI can cite
- AI Sandbox — chat with your AI before going live, so you can tune the personality
You can skip optional steps and configure them later from the dashboard.
Pick a Plan
Two paths, both with all core features:

Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) — credits-based billing. 1 WhatsApp number free. Each additional channel unlocks once with credits (e.g. Telegram = 1,000 cr, Instagram = 2,000 cr, WhatsApp Cloud = 3,000 cr). No subscription. You start with 75 free credits at signup — no card needed. This is the "try before you commit" path.

Growth — $149/month flat ($119/mo annual). All channels and integrations included. Up to 3 WhatsApp numbers. Unlimited messages. No trial — designed for teams who've already validated Waslo on PAYG and want unlimited capacity.
