Classify, track, archive, and manage your leads with AI-powered insights.
Lead Statuses
Every lead in Waslo has a status that tracks their journey:
| Status | Description | |--------|-------------| | NEW | Just messaged for the first time | | CONTACTED | AI has responded at least once | | QUALIFIED | Identified as a potential customer | | BOOKED | Appointment or meeting scheduled | | COLD | Low engagement or interest | | ARCHIVED | No longer active, hidden from default view |
Statuses are updated automatically as conversations progress, but you can also change them manually from the leads table.
AI Classification
Waslo's AI automatically classifies leads based on conversation analysis:
- HOT — High purchase intent, ready to buy or book
- WARM — Interested but needs more information
- COLD — Low interest or just browsing
Configuring Classification
- Go to Settings → Classification
- Toggle classification on/off
- Customize the classification criteria
- Choose a classification preset or write your own
Classification Presets
- Sales Pipeline — Based on purchase intent and readiness
- Support Priority — Based on issue urgency
- Booking Intent — Based on scheduling readiness
- General — Balanced multi-purpose classification
Archiving Leads
To keep your leads list clean:
- Open the Leads page
- Click the actions menu (three dots) on a lead
- Select Archive Lead
Archived leads are hidden from the default view. To see them, click Show Archived at the top of the leads page.
Adding Leads Manually
Owners and Admins can add leads manually:
- Click the Add Lead button on the Leads page
- Enter the phone number (with country code, e.g., 14155551234)
- Optionally add a name
- Click Add Lead
Deleting Leads
Owners and Admins can permanently delete leads:
- Click the actions menu on a lead
- Select Delete Lead
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently removes the lead and all associated conversations and messages.
Needs Attention Widget
The dashboard includes a Needs Attention widget that shows leads requiring human follow-up, including:
- Leads where AI was paused (handoff triggered)
- Leads with specific handoff keywords detected
- HOT leads that may need personal attention
AI Pause & Resume
You can manually pause or resume AI for any lead:
- Pause AI — The AI stops responding; messages are saved but not answered
- Resume AI — The AI starts responding again
This is useful when you want to handle a conversation personally.
