Understand Waslo's pricing tiers, features, trial period, and subscription management.

Plans Overview

Waslo offers three plans to fit your business needs:

Free Trial

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. When you choose a plan and enter your payment details, your trial begins immediately. You won't be charged until the 7 days are up.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all. After the trial period, your subscription is billed automatically based on your chosen plan and billing cycle.

Subscribing

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Choose your plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency)
  3. Select billing cycle (monthly or annual — save with annual)
  4. Enter your payment details to start your 7-day free trial

Managing Your Subscription

After subscribing:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. From the portal, you can:
    • Update payment method
    • View invoices
    • Change your plan
    • Cancel your subscription

Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading

When you downgrade:

  • Excess WhatsApp numbers beyond the new plan's limit are automatically disconnected
  • Per-number configurations are removed (if downgrading from Growth/Agency to Starter)
  • Google Sheets integration is disabled (if downgrading to Starter)

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification
  • Your subscription enters a past due state
  • You have a grace period to update your payment method
  • After the grace period, your subscription may be cancelled

Cancellation

When cancelled:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
  • After expiry, your account returns to the free tier
  • Your data is preserved — you can resubscribe at any time
