Two ways to pay

Pay-as-you-go (PAYG)

Credits-based, no subscription. You buy credit packs and they never expire while your account is active.

Bigger packs = better per-credit rate. Credits never expire.

Auto-refill (PAYG)

Toggle on from the Billing hero card. When your balance drops below 50 credits, Waslo auto-buys your chosen default pack. Saves you from running out mid-conversation.

Channel unlocks — how they work

Locked channels show in the Integrations marketplace with a 🔒 badge and a credit price. To unlock:

  1. Click the locked channel tile
  2. Confirmation modal shows: cost, your current balance, balance after unlock
  3. Confirm → credits deducted instantly → channel becomes connectable

Once unlocked, the channel is yours forever on this account. No recurring fees on the channel itself. Each subsequent reply on that channel costs 1 credit (or 3 for multimodal) — same as your default WhatsApp.

Subscription management

For Growth subscribers:

  • Manage subscription button on the Billing hero opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — change card, switch annual/monthly, cancel
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Past-due payments trigger an in-dashboard banner; click "Update payment" to fix
  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions — email hello@waslo.io

Usage insights

The Billing page shows four mini-KPIs (PAYG only):

  • This week's burn — total credits debited in the last 7 days
  • Avg / day — daily burn rate
  • Days until empty — projection at current rate
  • Top category — which feature consumed the most credits

If "Days until empty" turns red, enable auto-refill or buy a bigger pack.

Transaction history

Every credit charge, top-up, and unlock shows in the Transaction history ledger at the bottom of the Billing page. Grouped by day, filterable by usage / top-ups / unlocks. Each row carries an icon and human label (e.g. "AI text reply", "Cal.com unlocked", "Auto-refill").
