These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Waslo platform operated by Waslo ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Waslo.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts for different businesses.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Waslo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or any applicable messaging regulations
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security
  • Use the platform for any activity prohibited by law in your jurisdiction
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

3. WhatsApp Compliance

Waslo connects to WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Web protocol. You are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and usage policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted WhatsApp connectivity, as WhatsApp may update their platform at any time.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Waslo offers three plan tiers: Starter, Growth, and Agency.
  • All plans include unlimited messages with no per-message fees.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
  • Payments are processed through our secure payment provider. You agree to their terms when making payments.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at hello@waslo.io for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or events beyond our control.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform, including lead data, conversation content, and configurations. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. AI-Generated Content

Waslo uses AI to generate responses to WhatsApp messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI prompts. We recommend monitoring conversations, especially during initial setup.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waslo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
