It answers customers in their own language from the business's documents and product catalog, scores each lead as Hot, Warm or Cold, routes it to the right team member, books appointments in Google Calendar or Cal.com, and hands the chat to a person when one is needed, across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat. Online stores connect their catalog from Shopify, ikas, Salla or Zid, and developers can use the same agent through the Waslo Agent API. Clinics, real estate agencies, restaurants and online stores use Waslo, and new accounts start with 75 free credits.
