Delete your account and data
You can ask Waslo to permanently delete your account and all data we hold about you. We handle every request within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 17 and the Facebook Platform Policy.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile, login credentials, and authentication tokens (including OAuth tokens for connected channels like Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
- All organisations you own, plus their leads, conversations, messages, knowledge-base documents, and analytics history.
- Channel-connection metadata (Page IDs, IG Business account IDs, WABA IDs, encrypted access tokens) so Waslo can no longer receive or send on your behalf.
- Billing-related records are kept only where required by tax/accounting law (typically 7 years); they are pseudonymised so they no longer identify you.
What stays
- Aggregated, fully-anonymised analytics (e.g. "X messages processed across all orgs in Q1") — no identifiers, no way back to you.
- Logs older than 90 days are already auto-rotated and contain no message content.
If you connected via Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp
Removing the Waslo app from your Facebook Business Tools settings will also trigger an automatic deletion request via Meta's Data Deletion Callback, so you don't have to do anything extra here. Either path works — use whichever you prefer.

Need help instead?
If you only want to disconnect a channel (and not delete everything), sign in and use the Integrations → Disconnect button on each channel card — no need to file a deletion request.
